MR. PIERROT: A POEM BY EMMALIZER

MR. PIERROT

A POEM BY EMMALIZER

She wants a glass of tequila,

To Wade off the tension,

Seeing the faint shadow of herself,

She took every step to match up with it,

She was closed to Mr. Pierrot,

Her hands were entangled with Mr. Pierrot,

Heaven's gates opened,

The love of her life now known,

Suddenly,

The going no longer smooth,

The cup of coffee served to Mr. Pierrot was stopped,

Off to work hugs ceased,

She sighs at Mr. Pierrot,

It's a play and it could be tempting,

"Will I fall in love",

She asked, like an innocent criminal.

She kept crying,

Till she had forty winks,

On waking up,

She took a glance from her window,

She saw one that have a familiar look to Mr. Pierrot,

In her thoughts,

It is fortuitous,

She grabbed her dress,

To address her presumed lover,

Only to find out it's a trance,

All this while,

The scenes from the theatre kept flashing back,

*Screams*

"Why, Why, Mr. Pierrot",

Shouts and sounds of shattering glasses,

All were heard by passersby,

None could attention to save the sad moment,

The end declared,

She was still sad.
